HealzHer provides women’s health physiotherapy, including pelvic floor therapy, dry needling, pregnancy care, and general musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Services are delivered by Dr. Marya Asghar (DPT, MSc Women’s Health) either online via video call or in-person at Fazilat Amin Hospital, Gujrat.

2. Bookings and Cancellations

• Free Initial Consultation: The first 20-minute session is free and carries no obligation to proceed with paid treatment.
• Cancellations: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another woman in need.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to an online or in-person session, the session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid delaying the next patient.

3. Online Consultations

For online physiotherapy, it is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection, a functioning camera, and a quiet, private space. While telehealth is highly effective, some conditions may require a physical examination. If Dr. Marya determines your condition cannot be safely treated online, she will advise you to seek in-person care.

4. Code of Conduct

HealzHer operates a strictly professional, female-focused, and safe environment. Any inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or misuse of our communication channels (including WhatsApp) will result in immediate termination of services and, if necessary, reporting to relevant authorities.
